Views At Clarendon

Excavation is complete and the bottom level slab of the garage has been installed. Concrete is currently working on the 2nd level of the garage and expects to be at street level by the end of February. Concrete operations will then continue to the roof and will be completed by late May / early June.

Exterior framing will begin in March with masonry starting up in April. The masonry facade will be completed by early August.

Final site work (hardscape, landscape, and paving) on 13th Street and at the Education building entrances will begin in April and will be completed in June.
