Views At Clarendon

Beginning on or around January 4, 2010, a new 12″ water main will be installed in North Highland Street, replacing the old 6″ water main.  This work will occur between 13^th Street and the intersection of North Hartford Street and is expected to take approximately four weeks.

Once that is complete, work will immediately begin to bury the overhead power lines that currently run along North Highland Street, parallel to the church. This work will consist of excavating a trench and installing an electric duct bank in the ground on the church side of North Highland Street. This work is expected to take approximately seven weeks. 

Both phases of the work will include periodic lane closures between the times of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
