There has been a temporary interruption in electrical service in and around the construction site. Dominion is working to restore power as soon as possible. We will continue to post updates regarding their progress.

The estimated project schedule calls for The Views at Clarendon to be completed by December 2011. Below please find activities scheduled for December 2009 through March 2010. We will continue to provide updates similar to this throughout the construction process.
- Begin Select Demolition and Abatement of materials
- Install the site water, electric power to underground. This work will occur on Highland and will cause changes to the traffic pattern.
Happy New Year! As you know, the Views at Clarendon project has closed on financing and construction is beginning.
In order to inform our neighbors, and comply with the site plan conditions required by Arlington County, we will be reporting via this website about any changes or updates that may occur along the way. We will post information about construction that may impact you or your constituents, such as timing, any road closing or utility disruption, in order to minimize disruption as much as possible.

Beginning now, all documents and images will be centralized and remain available for download via the black box to the left titled “Files.”
