Happy New Year!  As you know, the Views at Clarendon project has closed on financing and construction is beginning.

In order to inform our neighbors, and comply with the site plan conditions required by Arlington County, we will be reporting via this website about any changes or updates that may occur along the way. We will post information about construction that may impact you or your constituents, such as timing, any road closing or utility disruption, in order to minimize disruption as much as possible.

We are excited to now share the following renderings and approved plans with you:

Views at Clarendon Site Plan

Views at Clarendon Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan

Views at Clarendon Landscape Plan

Beginning now, all documents and images will be centralized and remain available for download via the black box to the left titled “Files.”

Additionally, we have identified the person who will serve as a liaison to the community throughout the duration of construction.  This liaison is Mark Weisner, a Senior Project Manager with Bozzuto Construction Company.  He can be reached at markw@viewsatclarendon.com or at (800) 718-0200.
