Views At Clarendon

Please note that there will be construction activity at the site this Friday, November 26th beginning at 7:00am.  Happy Thanksgiving!

Next Wednesday, November 17th, we will be working in the street at the intersection of 13th Street and Highland in order to reconfigure the comcast conduit.  This work may take two days to accomplish but we are hoping to get it completed in one day.

Construction continues to progress at The Views at Clarendon. The construction group is almost at the bottom of the excavation and is preparing to start concrete work by the middle of November. In preparation, they will be installing the tower crane on November 8th and November 9th, 2010.

This work will result in  N. Hartford Street being blocked and access along the site (13^th Street and N. Highland Street) may be congested at times due to the size of the trailers.  If there are alternative routes of travel, those should be considered in order to limit travel times and delays experienced by residents.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this disruption will cause and will do our best to ensure that the impact is as minimal as possible.
